Room rates are per person; suite rates are per suite. Triple rooms are based on an extra bed in a large or twin-bedded suite, with a maximum of one extra bed. Rooms are allocated on a run-of-house basis.

100% off — Under 6 years old, sharing parents' cabin; an extra bed can be provided for an additional USD 100 per night

50% off — Sharing parents' cabin, maximum one child per suite

Separate cabin

Children 12 years old and over are charged the full fare. If one child between 5 and under 12 is accommodated with one adult only, the suite is charged as one double suite.

Cancellation charges are determined according to the cancellation schedule provided in the booking confirmation and depend on the number of days between the written cancellation notice and the scheduled departure date.

Changes requested after the invoice is issued will be handled where possible and may incur further costs. Changes cannot be made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date.

Good to Know

Sonesta Nile Goddess reserves the right to amend the day-to-day itinerary as required by the Nile authority. Changes will be noticed in advance to the tour operator whenever possible and on a day-to-day basis if necessary during the cruise with the tour leader or guide on board.

If a tour or part of a tour must be cancelled while the traveler is at the destination, an alternative tour of equivalent quality will be offered.

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure circumstances such as war threats, global health pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control, a full refund will be provided for the affected travel services.
