Cancellation charges are determined according to the cancellation schedule provided in the booking confirmation and depend on the number of days between the written cancellation notice and the scheduled departure date. Provider-specific cancellation terms may apply and will be outlined in the booking confirmation.

Changes requested after the invoice has been issued are subject to availability and may incur further costs. Changes cannot be made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date.

Good to Know

Le Fayan Nile Cruise reserves the right to amend the day-to-day itinerary as required by the Nile authority. Changes will be noticed in advance to the tour operator whenever possible and may be communicated on a day-to-day basis during the cruise.

If a tour or part of a tour must be cancelled while the traveler is at the destination, an alternative tour of equivalent quality will be offered.

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure circumstances such as war threats, global health pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control, a full refund will be provided for the affected travel services.
