Cancellation must be requested by email or in writing. Applicable cancellation charges are determined according to the cancellation schedule provided in the booking confirmation and depend on the number of days between written cancellation notice and scheduled departure. If booked 61 days or less before departure, the full amount is due at booking.

Booking changes should be requested by the original booker in writing. Changes are subject to availability and any additional costs incurred. Changes are not possible within 30 days of the scheduled departure date.

Good to Know

Concerto II reserves the right to amend the day-to-day itinerary as required by the Nile authority. Changes will be noticed in advance to the tour operator whenever possible and may be communicated on a day-to-day basis during the cruise.

If a tour or part thereof is cancelled by the operator while the traveler is at the destination, an alternative tour of equivalent quality will be offered.

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure circumstances such as war threats, global health pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control, a full refund will be provided for the affected travel services.
