Cancellation charges are determined according to the cancellation schedule provided in the booking confirmation. Provider-specific payment and cancellation terms may apply.

Changes after invoice are subject to availability and any further costs incurred. Requests must be made by the original booker and may be required in writing. Changes are not possible within 30 days of the scheduled departure date.

Good to Know

A Sarah Nile Cruise reserves the right to amend the day-to-day itinerary as required by the Nile authority. Changes will be communicated to the tour operator in advance whenever possible and on a day-to-day basis if necessary during the cruise.

If a tour or part of it must be cancelled while the traveler is at the holiday destination, an alternative tour of equivalent quality will be offered.

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure circumstances such as war threats, global health pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control, a full refund will be provided for the affected travel services.
